DESIGNS:
To create Technical Drawings for Projects and fabrications implementation base on the given specification and calculation and specify dimensions, materials and procedures for new products.
Prepare drawings and diagrams for mechanical and electrical devices and installations.
INSTALLATION LAYOUT AND SAFETY
out of machine layout during installation and accommodate safety procedures in installation and construction drawings
PROTOTYPE: Work from rough sketches and specification created by Mechanical Maintenance Chief and Engineers.
Design plans using Computer Aided Design and drafting (CAD) software (AutoCad 2D & 3D, Solidworks & Revit Architecture).
Commence corrective action requests on QDMS in the case of non-compliances in other processes. Replies corrective action requests in time on QDMS.
Makes his team obey the QMS rules defined in instructions / procedures and make them attend trainings.
Works to achieve personal / department objectives. Takes role in internal audits, takes actions to correct non-compliances found in his processes.
